Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days. Made-to-order and hand-embroidered pieces may take 7–10 working days; this is noted on the product page where it applies.

Complimentary express shipping on all orders. Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–3 working days, other locations in 4–6.

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days after dispatch.

International orders may attract import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the studio. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder or write to care@merevabypallak.com with your order number.
